IEEE FISTS 2011 in Vienna |

The first IEEE forum on integrated and sustainable transportations systems takes place in Vienna from June, 29 to July, 1, 2011. The objective of the forum is to address the issues our society brought by the increased mobility demand from the technical point of view. Additionally also economic, environmental and human aspects will be taken into consideration.
The forum wants to emphasize the following topics:
- Stakeholders and key problems in the transportation systems
- Policy and user perspective
- Operation and technology
- Necessary framework to get most benefit of technology implementation for the society
- Outlook till 2050
The call for papers is open now! Papers concerning sustainable land, water and air transportation, integrated systems, energy, environmental and efficiency issues can be submitted.
